THE WEEK AHEAD
Colorado School of Mines will host a pair of RMAC foes for two primetime duals this week as Colorado Mesa visits Thursday and Western State on Saturday. The pair will be Mines' final home duals of the season.

SPECIAL EVENTS ON TAP
Thursday night's dual will feature a high school match happening concurrently to Mines-Mesa as Arvada West and Ralston Valley square off. Saturday night's dual will be Senior Night as Mines honors John Crowley, Jacob Gerken, Justin Ray, and Austin Saunders.

MIDWEST DUALS RECAP
Mines went 1-2 at last weekend's Midwest Duals, falling to Central Missouri and San Francisco State before bouncing back to beat University of Mary. Mines lost a close match with Central Missouri 25-19 despite wins by Noah Au-Yeung, Ethan Ruby, and Robert Gambrell, then fell 22-15 to SFSU as Justin Ray, Jacob Gerken, Gambrell, and Ben Krantz earned wins. Against Mary, Mines lost the first two but won the final eight bouts to pick up the win, highlighted by Ray's pin at 141 pounds. Gambrell led the Orediggers going 3-0 at the Duals while Ray was 2-0.

LEADING THE WAY
The Orediggers are led in wins by Robert Gambrell, who is 17-2 this season, and Jacob Gerken, who is 11-5 and ranked #9 in the nation at 149 pounds. Noah Au-Yeung (11-8) and Ethan Ruby (10-3) also have double-digit wins. Gerken leads Mines with 24 dual points and Gambrell is right behind him at 21.

HISTORY VS. COLORADO MESA
Mines is hoping to snap a four-meet win streak in the series by Mesa. Last year, then-#11 Mesa won 28-12 in Grand Junction as Mines picked up wins by Caleb Micho, Paul Wilson, and Ian Cheatum.

HISTORY VS. WESTERN STATE
Then-#16 Western State beat Mines in Gunnison last year 38-3. Paul Wilson provided Mines' lone victory, but the Orediggers battled to close decisions in several matches, including by Noah Au-Yeung, Lukas Erickson, and Jacob Gerken.
